HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?
To place an order on our website, select the products you would like to purchase and click on “Add to cart.” You can then either continue shopping or go to your cart to finish placing your order. Once in your cart, click on “Checkout” and follow the instructions.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER WITHOUT CREATING AN ACCOUNT?
You can shop at FILORGA without creating an account by checking out as a guest.
However, register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

- Save your address so you can shop even quicker next time

WAS MY ORDER RECEIVED?
Once your order has been received, you will receive a confirmation e-mail summarizing the details of your purchase. You will also find this summary in the “My orders” section of your customer account if you are registered.
In the event you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, you can contact our customer service team via our Contact Form.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY RECEIPT?
Your receipt will be emailed to you once your order is confirmed. You can also find it in the My Orders section of your customer account.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Before confirming your payment details, you can edit or cancel your order on the “Your shopping cart” page during the order confirmation step.
In order to guarantee the shortest delivery times possible, we are unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted.
Once an order confirmation is received it means your order is being processed.
You can return all or part of your order once it has been delivered. Please refer to our policy in the Returns & Refunds section.

WHY CAN'T I ADD CERTAIN PRODUCTS TO MY CART?
Certain products may be out of stock and we’re doing everything we can to restock them quickly.
MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY
We limit orders to 4 (four) units of any single item. Orders exceeding these limits are subject to cancellation. Hydra-Filler and Time-Filler Sheet Masks have a maximum order limit of 12 (twelve) units per order.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled for various reasons. Some reasons are:
- Item(s) are not available
- Problem in processing payment information.
- Cannot ship to the address provided
- Purchase limits have been exceeded
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to advise you of the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
HOW CAN I RECEIVE FREE SAMPLES?
We reserve our test samples to our online customers.
A set of 3 free samples* will automatically be added to your package with every online order. We regret to inform you that you cannot select individual samples.
