  • WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS AND TIME FRAMES?

    Filorga’s online store ships orders only to addresses in the United States except Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands.

     

    Processing time for orders is 24-48 hours of receipt (this does not include weekends or holidays). All items shipped may be extended during holidays, launch and promotions days. Once shipped, delivery time within the United States is three to five (3 – 5) business days. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences (weather), air/ground transportation strikes or delays into the FedEx mail system.

  • HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST ON FILORGA.COM?

    For orders under $100, there is a shipping and handling fee of $5.95 for shipments to the continental US and $8.95 to Alaska and Hawaii.

    For orders over $100, shipping is free to the continental US.

    There is an $8.95 charge for orders over $100 shipped to Alaska and Hawaii and for selecting the FedEx 2 business days service.

    Please note that packages shipped via FedEx 2 business days will not be delivered on weekends or holidays.

    We do not currently ship to Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands.

  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

    Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday), excluding major holidays.

    Please note that processing time might be extended during promotions.

  • HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

    You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been confirmed and is ready to be prepared. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check the progress of your order in the My orders   section of your customer account or click on this link to track your package.

  • WHAT DO I DO IF I ENTERED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS INCORRECTLY?

    If you made a mistake when entering your shipping address, please contact customer service using our Contact Form as soon as possible to inform us of this error. We will try our best to have the address corrected. If the order has already been processed, we will not be able to change the shipping information.

    Once your package ships, we are not able to make any changes to the shipping address.

    FILORGA is not responsible for any extra fees associated with the change of address of your package.

  • DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE?

    A signature requirement is enforced for all shipments above $250.00 to prevent theft.

  • DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

    We can’t ship to P.O. boxes. If you entered a P.O. box as your delivery address, we will contact you to get an alternative address. Please note that this may delay your delivery.

  • FIND A MISSING PACKAGE

    Once your package leaves our warehouse, it is under the jurisdiction of the shipping provider, and we are not responsible for delays or loss due to the shipping provider.

    If the tracking information for your package confirms delivery and you cannot locate the delivered package:

    1. Check your mailroom, reception desk, and with neighbors
    2. Look around the delivery location
    3. Check for notice of attempted delivery
    4. Contact the carrier
