NCEF-ESSENCE is a moisturizing concentrate that uses water sensors and AQUA-MX technology provides express and long-lasting hydration in just 30 minutes.

NCEF combined with a polysaccharide works to counter daily stressors and provides effective moisturization. Dull complexions look visibly more radiant and skin is prepared to receive daily skincare products.

Use morning and/or evening on clean skin before serum or moisturizer.

Shake before use. Apply with the palm of the hand or with a cotton pad to the whole face, until the product has been completely absorbed. Do not rinse.
